• All borrowers authorize Lendbox to deduct any fees which it may deem appropriate with respect ot the loan such as Service Fee, platfrom Fee, Processing Fee or any other fee which may be determined from time to time. Such fees shall be adequately disclosed to the borrower before disbursal of the loan.
• All borrowers must pay the EMI on or before the due date or be liable to pay late fees of as agreed in the loan agreement.
• By signing up, all Lendbox users authorize Lendbox to perform background checks on their profiles in accordance with Anti-money-laundering laws, if required.

By submitting your contact details, you authorise Lendbox to call or text you for the purpose of account opening even though you may be registered on DND.

Cancellation By Lendbox

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any request for registrations on the website for any reason. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any instruction or registering you on are portal as a Lender or a Borrower. The Borrower(s) and Lender(s) are required to note that negative third party verification report(s) are crucial factors considered during the funding process. The funding may get rejected at any stage due to lack of information or verifiable information.

Payments

• Payment information collected for the purpose of payment for using our services will be stored securely using a 256 bit SSL encryption technology or on a cloud.
• Payment and Bank Account information will be masked on your account and will not be visible to Lendbox Customer Service operators.
• You agree, understand and confirm that the credit card details provided by you for availing of services on Lendbox will be correct and accurate and you shall not use the credit card which is un-lawfully owned by you, thus you must not pay or attempt to pay for services using fraudulent credit card information. You further agree and undertake to provide the correct and valid credit card details to Lendbox.
• Further the said information will not be utilized and shared by Lendbox with any third parties unless required for fraud verifications or by law, regulation or court order. Lendbox will not be liable for any credit card fraud. The liability for use of a card fraudulently will be on you and the onus to 'prove otherwise' shall be exclusively yours.

Fraudulent /Declined Transactions
